About Me

My name is Chris Boudreaux and I created SocialMediaGovernance.com to provide tools and resources for leaders and managers who want to get the most from their social media and social application investments.

I am an executive at Converseon, where I lead teams of business and technology professionals to improve their Marketing, Sales and Customer Service capabilities, from strategy through execution. I work with many Converseon clients; however, the contents of this site are my personal opinion and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Converseon or Converseon clients.

In the past, I led product development and business transformation initiatives at Fortune 100 companies and online start-ups, and I am a former Naval Officer.

Today I live in Silicon Valley.   I have also lived and worked in Charlotte, Chicago, Germany, London, San Francisco and Seattle.
